Paid Time Off

– 7 days of PTO (Paid Time Off) on one (1) year anniversary of employment.
– 17 days of PTO for years two (2) through four (4) years of employment.
– 22 days of PTO for years five (5) through fourteen (14) years of employment.
– 27 days of PTO for years fifteen (15) and over.

Under the first year anniversary, PTO time is accrued 2 hours bi-weekly, you can use the time accrued after 90 days of employment, or take the time off unpaid.

Holidays

The company offers 6 paid holidays per year.
1) New Year’s Day,
2) Memorial Day,
3) 4th of July,
4) Labor Day,
5) Thanksgiving Day,
6) Christmas Day.

Retirement Plan (401k)

Plan is administered by Paychex.

– Employees may participate in the company’s 401K program during the open enrollment period after being employed for one full year.
– Employee may contribute up to 15% of their annual salary with a maximum of $11,000.
– The company will match elective deferrals up to 6% of compensation by 25%.
– Matching Funds Vesting: Graduated – 20% each year beginning Year 2; 100% vested after 6 years.
– PRE-TAX DEDUCTION under Section 125.

Medical

Hi – Lo PPO / POS Health Plans; three options to choose from offered through Aetna Healthcare.
– Coverage begins on the 1st of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
– PRE-TAX DEDUCTION under Section 125.

Dental

Voluntary dental plan offered through Lincoln Financial.
– Coverage begins on the 1st of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
– PRE-TAX DEDUCTION under Section 125.

Life Insurance (Inc. Accidental Death & Dismemberment)

Voluntary plan offered through Lincoln Financial.

– Available in increments of $10,000 to a maximum of $500,000. In their initial enrollment, employees will have a guarantee issue amount of $50,000 for those under age 60.
– Coverage is available on the 1st of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

Dependent Life Insurance

Voluntary Plans offered through Lincoln Financial.

– Spousal Life Insurance available in increments of $10,000 to a maximum of 50% of the employees. $10,000 is the guaranteed issue. Employees must have a minimum coverage of $50,000.
– Child(ren) Life Insurance is available in increments of $2,500/$5,000/$7,500 or $10,000 for age 6 months to 19 years.
– overage is available on the 1st of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

Short and Long Term Disability Insurance

Voluntary Plan offered through Lincoln Financial.

– Coverage available on the 1st of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.

Flexible Spending Account & Dependant Care Account

Voluntary plan offered through Flex-Plan Services.
– Allows you to pay for out of pocket medical, dental, and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars.
